We built this structure so you never wonder what you are paying for. The first conversation is free and ends with a written plan. Setup is invoiced only after you sign off on that plan. If you choose to build with us, you are not charged the monthly platform fee on top: it is either the build path or the ongoing platform fee, not both. The billing rate is printed in plain sight.

No per seat creep. No surprise modules unlocked later. Claims management is handled by Halo end to end. If a line item does not feel fair when we explain it, we fix the explanation or we fix the plan.

Scope is always confirmed before setup is billed. If we do not believe a feature will earn its keep, we will tell you before we build it.
